I’m going to answer my own question, because I’ve found two possible dupes for MAC GLAM.
Neither is absolutely spot-on, but they’re satisfyingly close. They are:
Jordana Modern Matte Lipstick in “Matte Dahlia”
Colourpop Lippie Stix in “Poppin'”
Both are lighter and more pink than GLAM, but I enjoy them both.
